1. How do I find books?
There are two ways to find books on our website: 1. If you are looking for a specific title, select search and enter the information you have available. 2. If you wish to search a specific topic, but do not have title specifics, select browse, then click on your category to view our inventory and make your selection.
2. How do I order?
Click the "add to cart" button from any title or product description page. This will place your product in your order cart. Proceed to "check-out" when ready to purchase.
3. Can I make changes to the contents of my shopping cart?
Yes, you can edit your shopping cart contents at any time prior to submitting your order. Once you submit an order and your credit card has been processed any changes need to be made by contacting us at customer.service@rittenhouse.com.

5. Payment
On web orders we accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express. Orders that are in stock are processed and shipped with in 48 hours of order receipt provided valid verification has been received.
Your credit card is not charged until we ship your product. If a product is not available or not yet published it will be placed on backorder and processed once it is in stock.
6. Shipping
Our standard methods of shipping are UPS ground and FedEx ground. You can select another method of shipping during the check-out process if you wish to expedite your shipment.
International Shipping All international orders will ship out either FedEx International or FedEx Economy International. All currency is in US dollars.
7. Returns
Any item is returnable within 15 days of purchase, provided it is in clean, resalable condition. Upon receipt of your return, we will issue a full refund of your purchase price.
Software may be returned within 15 days of purchase for a refund for any reason provided the sealed software package has not been opened and is in resalable condition.

10. What kind of security do you have in place?
All of your credit card transactions through Rittenhouse Book Fulfillment, Inc. are safe. Our secure server software (SSL) is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet.
11. Privacy Policy
Rittenhouse Book Distributors, Inc. respects our customers' right to privacy. For each visitor to our site, we collect only the email address of those who communicate with us and the domain name from which they entered our site. This information is used for internal purposes only, and for updating customers about order and product information.
Children's Privacy Policy: Rittenhouse does not solicit orders or knowingly collect personally identifying information from children under the age of thirteen. If we have reason to believe that any personally identifying information has been submitted to us by a child under thirteen, we will delete that information as soon as possible and not disclose it to any third party or use it ourselves in any way.
12. What is the difference between efollett.com and Rittenhouse?
efollett.com is the electronic commerce division of the Follett Higher Education Group. Rittenhouse Book Fulfillment is one of the largest and oldest medical wholesalers in the U.S. and does all fulfillment on health science titles for the Follett Higher Education Group.
13. What if you don't have the book I am looking for?
We try to offer the greatest number of health science titles currently in print. If you are not able to locate a title you wish to purchase, please call our toll-free customer service number at 888-345-0683 and we will do our best to assist you in your search.

15. What is a cookie?
A cookie is a message given to a Web browser by a Web server. The browser stores the message in a text file called cookie.txt. The message is then sent back to the server each time that the browser requests a page from the server.

We also use a session cookie in our ebookstore to enhance the search result performance. At the end of your shopping session, the cookie is removed. We do not use or place on your computer any kind of permanent cookies.
